Angel Fire Resort: Base elevation: 8,600 feet. Summit: 10,677 feet. Vertical drop: 2,077 feet. Skiable Terrain: more than 550 acres. That’s a whole lot of room for fun—no matter where you are in the skill-level food chain. There are easy runs and separate chairlifts for beginners. Classic trails and freewheeling cruisers for intermediates. Plus wide open trails and steeper drops for advanced skiers and boarders.  The 3 free lift tickets are available everyday during the 2011-2012 season.
