Ski Apache serves up some of the best food available at any altitude. Check out the variety of options … and leave your brown bag at home!

Eagle Café — —
Ski Apache’s Main Lodge cafeteria-style restaurant has a great menu for hungry skiers and boarders. There's ample seating, affordable prices, delicious daily specials and a full menu to appeal to the entire family. The Apache Indian Taco, among others, is a house specialty and one you’ll definitely want to try on your next visit. And, the Green Chile Burger, a New Mexico tradition, is perfected at the Eagle Café.

Arrowheads Pasta Express —
Located on the lower level of the Main Lodge, The Pasta Express Bar offers a great change of pace for those looking for something a little different. The pasta is always done ‘al dente! And you can add a side salad to any meal. Consider the Meatball, Ravioli, Lasagna or Chicken Alfredo specialties. Little Italy comes to the Mountains! Don’t forget to have a piece of cherry, apple or pecan pie before you head back to the lifts.

The Daily Grind —
Adjacent to the Eagle Café, The Daily Grind is Ski Apache’s famous coffee bar. Nothing comforts the soul better than a hot latte, expresso or good old fashioned hot, black coffee on a brisk day at high altitude. Also serving ready-made sandwiches, yogurt and a variety of other “on the go” menu items as well. Stop by if you're in a hurry to fuel up and head back to the slopes.

The Dawg House —
Located on the Main Lodge exterior deck, the Dawg House is the place to grab a great dog or smoked Italian sausage with a bag of chips before returning to the lift lines. Slip a sandwich in your jacket, or relax with your snack on the Main Lodge Deck in the warm Southern Sunshine of a New Mexico Winter. Beverage service is available as well with all the heart warmers … coffee, tea, and hot cider and cocoa! 

The Spirit Bar
And when you’re done eating, don’t forget to drop by the Main Lodge’s Spirit Bar. This is a great place to relax and watch skiers and boarders careen down the Capitan Trail. The full service bar offers floor to ceiling views of the Mountain, plenty of TVs to watch a game and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with an emphasis on kicking back. Stop by for quick refreshments between runs or as the first stop in your après ski revelry!
