Group Information
Group Guidelines
- To qualify for group rates, your group must have a minimum of 20 people purchasing a lift ticket each day of your scheduled visit; one organizer or leader to work with group sales and only one method of payment
- Payments of reservations are required at least five days in advance of each group visit. The following forms must be completed and returned to group sales five days before your visit

- We accept credit card, cash, business check or money order
- If you want your order shipped to you, we must have your order, paperwork and complete payment (including all liability wavers) at least 10 days in advance of your visit. There is a $10.oo additional charge for shipping.
- If your group ins unable to visit on your scheduled dates/s, the dollar value of your order will be kept in our system until you reschedule. A new order form must be submitted for rescheduled dates.
- Any trip canceled 48 hours or more is subject to a 25% service chargeof the entire order. If your cancelation is less than 48 hours you will be subject to a 50% service charge of the entire order
- If equipment rentals are needed for your group, a valid credit card must be on file with group sales to cover any damage or loss of equipment.
- All group participants are required to read and sign the Ski Apache liability wavers. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE GROUP LEADER HAVE THESE FORMS COMPLETED BY THE PARTICIPANT BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. The original forms may be mailed in advance or presented at check-in. Please note that a parent/guardian signature is required for anyone in the group under the age of 18.
- The group coordinator/leader is responsible for the following:
- Forwarding all information to group members
- Filling out the group worksheets and summary forms
- Collecting money for your group
- All group leaders must check in with Special Serviced immediately upon arrival (even those who have received tickets in advance).
- Ski Apache will provide a guide upon advanced request to direct your group to rental shop and lessons
- The group coordinator/leader is the only person authorized to make any transactions for the group

Cancellation Policy: Group sales may be cancelled, however if cancelled within 48 hours, you will receive 75% of your pre-payment back. If you cancel within 24 hours you will receive 50% of your pre-payment back. |
